A very good place with beautiful ambience except for the restaurant where we ate. I have never experienced service so poor like I did in this Italian restaurant. I will post the photos here. Our kids were running around very excited ,ran into the restaurant and the people working there started sending them away and us.They did not even want to serve us.I noticed the racist and undermining attitude from the staff and told my friend that am not liking the vibe here but being the patient person she is,she just said we forgive them.So we sat and ordered meals. We were total 7 people,5 kids. Our kids were hungry so we didn't want to move around so much,I asked for side plates for the kids to share the pizza and the guy blatantly refused to give us the right number of plates. Then another guest was seated having his meal, the guys called security on him,he was whisked away, leaving g his half eaten meal on the table,I don't know why they called security on him but you can see him being escorted out when he had come back a second time maybe to finish his food, but the restaurant staff had already taken it away, then it was time to clear the table a waiter came took the plates, ow our 2 daughters had gone to the loo and still had their slices of pizza on side plates, the guy just placed them on a napkin and took the plates!!!I l mean what the heck!!!!is wrong with the guys in this restaurant? We felt so badly treated ,disrespected and segregated because an Indian family that we found I the restaurant were seated there longer than us but they were not pushed to rush out of the restaurant like they did us.Wow!!!I am not hesitant to say that these guys are of Indian origin.Shame Shame on you for treating us like that just because we have happy kids, our kids were just loud but not destroying anything they were just excited after the experience of the sky view climb. This restaurant is not worth a visit if you are not Indian or maybe Swedish and I...

It is an excellent place to grab a bite or a coffee whenever you are in the area for a concert or a (soccer, hockey, etc.) match, although it tends to be too crowded in such days. It has a few restaurants, fast food joints, several coffeehouses; it even has an ICA Supermarket (southernmost side at the lowest floor level) but most of the times all this businesses are not enough to adequately accommodate the huge amounts of people arriving.
But in general, during a normal day, it's quite calm and pleasant. I just gave 4 stars because it is kind of small...
Read moreIt is ok. As a person who also works in this area I know some pluses, for example ICA has a lovely deli department and other food places are nice too. But the whole thing about management of this place doesn't seem right. You get two hours of parking time a day. But if you come and shop twice same day, they will send you an invoice. And they will send you a separate invoice for each day of the month you do so, with 40 SEK fee for an invoice. I think this is very silly, so I only shop there if I really HAVE to, otherwise I...
