Our today's (8.5.2023) visit was a complete disappointment for me and my 2 kids.
There is a renovation ongoing and about 50% of the area is closed. But the company happily charges you the full amount without a warning (neither online or at the cashier) - only few leaflets with corporate talk ("we are preparing new attractions for you") - not a word about severe limitations.
The toilet smelled awfully (around 11:00, the one with elephant), was in bad condition + missing diaper changing place. Also the air in the whole playground, especially the toddler area smelled bad and was heavy. Possibly due to malfunctioning air conditioning?

My 4 year old loved it so much we are doing his birthday party here. The play area is larger than I expected, and more fun and creative. We had an absolute blast trying everything out, from the soft ball shooting cannons on the pirate ships to the inflatable ring slides, there were plenty of options for fun.
We went on a Tuesday afternoon, and therefore it was extremely quiet. The staff seemed a little hard to get a hold of, but I think that could be a consequence of it being so quiet.
The food and drink is pretty average to what you would expect at such an establishment, but to be fair that didn't matter as my son was too excited to eat anyway.

On our second visit here, we made an annual pass because our kid and us (the parents) have become addicted to this place.
The entrance/annual pass is charged just for the children, us, the parents, have free entrance (me and my wife at the same time). Coffee is paid only once, refill is free as many time as you want. Food is tasty, staff is friendly, children are happy and parents...
