First, they overcharged us in the restaurant (for soda that we did not want). The food got so much worse in the past years and the portions got so much smaller.
Next, I ordered stuff from them to a pick up point. They sent the package to the wrong country and told me that they were gonna dispatch it to the correct address after it comes back and not a moment sooner. They also promised that the boss would contact me. Which, of course, never happened. I had to wait over two weeks for my stuff.
Lastly, we ordered a couch. This time they shipped it to the correct country but delivered a broken part. They insisted on a crazy amount of photo documentation and then said that we need to disassemble the couch, send them the broken part as well as a bunch of other parts. There is a cafe at the top floor and I try chicken meatballs with mess potato + berries jam. I do love that food, and if i'm not mistaken, that meatball is one of unique food from Sweden
Besides that, as for the IKEA itself, you could found almost everything especially from home equipments. I bought clocks and some quilt cover here. Love the experience...
