Eichhörnliweg Arosa — Attraction in Arosa

I went with a friend to visit Arosa during the winter, and I was surprised to see how tall the snow was! Even with the huge amount of snow it's a must, to visit beautifull location with a small city and a lake in the middle, its also a tourist destination for ski enthusiasts! There are plenty hotels and one that looks specially peculiar!

There are tons of points to reach the mountains, either foot or public transportation, the sbb half tax card can be used in here to lower ton half the price of the public transportation.

Schönes Hotel "Waldhotel". Wir hatten eine Suite im neueren Teil und waren sehr zufrieden. Gute Betten, Laminattböden mit Bodenheizung. Grosser Reduitbalkon mit Liege, Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet. Sehr ruhig. Einziger Minuspunkt war das Abendessen. Gemüse teilweise hart und kalt. Die Pouletbrust hat gut geschmeckt, aber es war im grossen ganzen nichts Spezielles. Ich hatte mir etwas Exklusiveres vorgestellt mit Sterneköchen. Hingehen das Frühstücksbuffet dort ist super mit rieser Auswahl. Grosse Brot und Brötchenauswahl. Fisch, Fleisch, Käse.... eigentlich alles was das Herz begehrt. Auch frisches Rührei, Spiegeleier oder Omlette kann man direkt beim Koch bestellen. Sogar Sekt zum Abschluss wird auch angeboten. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Toll ist auch, dass der Eichhörnchenweg gleich beim Hotel startet und man die Eichhörnchen wirklich antrifft. Leider gibts auch viele Tannenräher (Vögel), die den Eichhörnchen Angst machen und das Futter wegpicken. Ein Spaziergang dort kann ich aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen.
