Disappointing Service Despite Promising Start
We called two days in advance to make a reservation. The call was answered, but we were curtly told not to call during dinner service before being hung up on. The next morning, we tried again, successfully booking a table and confirming that safe gluten-free options were available.
Upon arrival, we promptly ordered a starter, a bottle of wine, and four cheese fondues, ensuring one would be gluten-free due to a member of our party being Celiac. Our server initially said she would confirm with the kitchen if there was enough gluten-free bread. Shortly after, the manager approached, stating they didn’t have enough for all four fondues. We clarified that only one person required gluten-free accommodations and suggested she could have her own pot. Surprisingly, the manager pushed back, claiming we should have specified this during the booking, which we assured her we had. Her dismissive tone made the conversation increasingly uncomfortable.
The manager insisted it was not possible to provide a separate pot, leaving cross-contamination an unavoidable issue. Thankfully, our original server later returned with a prepackaged gluten-free baguette for the starter. This was promising but left us wondering whether this was all they had available for the fondue itself.
The starter was excellent—a delicious variety of cured meats. When the fondue arrived, we were surprised to see a large basket of gluten-free bread, easily enough for six people. Clearly, there had been miscommunication between the server, manager, and kitchen, which put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable evening.
While the food was enjoyable, the inconsistent communication and dismissive attitude from management significantly soured our experience. For those with dietary restrictions, this may not be a place you can trust to handle your...

The chef just took the raw piece and fried it again. Well, as a result, this breading was extremely dark and soaked in oil. I understand that mistake can happen but it has to be handled professionally. This case was an absolute opposite. Unfortunately, can not recommend you...
