So delicious! We had the 3 course meal, which was new for the season so the chef came out to help us translate everything since they hadn't had a chance to make English menus yet and our German level didn't understand everything. We had prosecco, a local wine, a summer salad with melon, chicken with pesto, potatoes, and peppers, and a cream dessert that I scarfed down too quickly to get a picture. Ich bewerte den Brunch wo auch ein Mittagsmenü angeboten wird und zum Gesamtpreis dazu gehört. Aber zuerst möchte ich die tolle Umgebung und das imposante historische Gebäude erwähnen und loben. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, sowie freundliches Personal. Das Konzept des Brunches ist gut und wird anfangs erklärt. Nachdem man am Buffet soviel essen kann wie man möchte, wird gegen Mittag das Mittagsmenü (Fleisch, Fisch oder Vegi nach Wahl) serviert. Das Buffet war eher klein und die Auswahl der Speisen nicht sehr umfangreich - Qualitativ jedoch hochwertig. Zudem war bei jedem Rundgang einiges nicht vorhanden trotz begrenzter Auswahl. Beispielsweise leere Fleischplatte, keine Eier, wenig Käse, keine Pancakes. Hier erwarte ich eine bessere Bewirtschaftung des Buffets. Das Mittagessen (Rind Stroganoff) war kein bleibendes Erlebnis. Der Reis war perfekt und Kürbis dazu auch sehr gut. Das fleisch dagegen war zu trocken und die Sauce nicht sonderlich geschmacksvoll und langweilig. Fazit: etwas mehr Auswahl und aktivere Bewirtschaftung des Buffets. Mittagsmenü kreativer anrichten, da die Auswahl und das Konzept grundsätzlich gut sind und die Location definitiv ein Besuch wert ist.
