Looked up the hours of the vineyard on google before heading our way over. We wanted to hike along Lavaue and stop at local vineyards. Took a train from Vevey walked all the way up maybe a mile at 20% grade and stopped in to do a wine tasting. The staff turned us away immediately. I couldnt believe how rude they were! I asked if my wife and I could pay for a wine tasting or buy a few bottles and two men told us that we had to leave the terrace immediately because they had wine tours coming. Although there was only one staff member working at the time (unfortunately I don’t recall his name) he attended to me as soon as he could and was exceptional. I ended up going for the 4 top wine tasting and went home with the 2019 red wine. I would definitely come again.
