Great park with river flowing right through it. Park is great for letting dogs run off leash and enjoy themselves. Park is expansive and has many trails and bike paths. Great way to spend an afternoon hiking.

Gleich nach der Grenze von Weil am Rhein liegt von Deutschland kommend bei Basel-Riehen links ein Parkplatz (gebührenpflichtig). Nach rechts führt ein Wiesenweg in diesen herrlichen Landschaftspark, der im Rahmen der grenzüberschreitenden IBA (Internationalen Bauausstellung Basel) angelegt worden ist. Der Park ist für RadfahrerInnen und SpaziergängerInnen zugänglich und führt auch zum Berower Park und zur Beyeler Fondation. Ein großartiges Naherholungsgebiet der Region Basel, wo Mensch und Tier ihre Sinne entfalten können! Das zeigen meine Fotos.

Landschaftspark Wiese is a beautiful park in a quiet corner of Basel. When I first came here, it was impossible not to be impressed. It is a place where you can spend some quiet time in nature, surrounded by greenery. The park is beautifully landscaped with footpaths, benches and different types of plants. Especially in summer, the colours and scents of the park are magnificent. I like to come here and sit on a bench with my book or magazine. There is also a great playground for children, which makes the park family friendly. An ideal place for anyone who wants to walk, run or just enjoy nature. I would definitely...
