Valais Nature Museum — Attraction in Sion

It's a great activity to do in family. It as many rooms with different animals of the Valais natural reserve and also its minerals. Delightful little museum in the old part of the town of Sion. The entrance is easy to miss, but it is almost opposite the musée d’art. We were pleasantly surprised at the interesting exhibits and although small, was very beautifully presented. The staff were extremely accommodating and helped us to enjoy our visit. Honnêtement le musée peut être sympa mais le plus gros bémols c’est que ce n’est pas adapté aux enfants entre 2 et 5 ans . Interdiction au poussettes , les enfants ne peuvent pas se déplacer librement . Nous étions constamment surveillés par des employés peu à l’aise avec les enfants (regards, attitudes méfiantes voire rabaissante vis à vis de nous et des enfants). De plus, ergonomiquement parlant, rien n’est adapté pour les petits (trop grand/haut, télescope inaccessible…) attention tous est au millimètre près 😅 Nous avons été déçue. Nous leur avons fait part poliment de nos observations et conseils, mais la personne de l’accueil s’est fermée à la discussion. Dommage, car ce musée a beaucoup...
