Das Entrecote wird in fünf verschiedenen Garstufen angeboten. Der Eigentümer hat drei Restaurants und diese sind thematisch getrennt. In diesem Restaurant gibt es nur das Entercote. Mehr braucht es auch nicht.

Es ist sensationell, die Bedienung fantastisch, sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und speditiv. Das Entrecote wird am Tisch zubereitet, nach der Hälfte wurde ich gefragt, ob ich noch mehr Pommes Frittes möchte, selbst wenn die erste Portion für mich schon genug war. Ich kann dieses Restaurant sehr empfehlen, es war das zarteste Entercote welches ich je gegessen habe.

Achten Sie aber darauf, unbedingt an einen Tisch zu der kleinen Portugiesen mit Pferdeschweif zu gehen. diese ist absolut professionell, freundlich kompetent und bereitet ihnen ein fantastisches Essen zu. Die anderen beiden Serviertöchter sind oberflächlich, frech und flirten eher mit dem Chef aus ihre Kunden angemessen...
