Very Disappointed. It was a complete waste of our money. The price of close to 60 CHF per person just to ride the gondola and then you also have to pay for parking 20 CHF. The cost is incredibly steep, especially considering the lack of value we received.

While the views may have been pretty, they definitely weren't worth the exorbitant cost. It's disappointing that the prices aren't cheaper during the off-season, and that the gondola only runs a few times per day, which severely limits our options.

Additionally, the strict adherence to the schedule is completely unreasonable. If you're even a minute late, you've missed your chance to ride, which is a huge inconvenience. It's also frustrating that we weren't able to purchase tickets online, which adds unnecessary stress and hassle to the experience.

To top it all off, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Their lack of urgency and empathy made for an unpleasant experience, and it's clear that they didn't care about your satisfaction at all.

Overall, this gondola ride was an absolute rip-off, and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Save your money and find a better way to enjoy the beautiful views of the area. The lack of value, limited schedule, and unhelpful staff make for a truly...

Very expensive but amazing views. Our AirBNB gave us a discount code to use which was great.

The gondola is also dog friendly.

We used a baby carrier but overall, unless you hike, it’s pretty accessible. I say pretty accessible because to enter from the car park to the tram you need to go up many stairs - I did not see a lift.

At the top of the tram there is a spa, some cafes, shops. It’s really about the view. You can then take the train to the top summit where the views are even more spectacular. It’s a lot colder when you get to the summit but there is a restaurant to go to. The train only...

Very average experience as it's more of a cable bus than a car (yes, they filled in more than 50 people on it and it has seats for only 12 people). You'll be lucky if you are among the first ones to board as only 12 get to sit and rest stand and if you are among the last to board you'll be stuffed in the middle. I was shocked that they didn't even think it's running on cables and they should ask people to wait for the next one instead of filling everyone in. Avoidable at best if you can get on Mt titlis or...
