This place is built right in the middle of a very old area with basically zero urban planning, so it is nightmarish to get there via public transportation or by driving. Your best option is to bike or ride a scooter there.
The staff is generally nice, and the facilities are serviceable, but the pool area is not managed or maintained well. The pool itself is good, the water is good, but there is zero enforcement from lifeguards or pool staff for lane speeds, and they’ve recently just gave up and made every single lane the same. “Classes” happen spontaneously and coaches just claim up to 3 lanes out of the five full lanes for their classes without any notice, regardless of whether or not if there are people using it.
The showers are never ventilated, maintained, cleaned, or disinfected; there’s black mold all over ceiling and crevices, most shower heads are all barely functioning from being clogged from hard water, and shower heads that have fallen off completely are...

Look at the students. Really, look at the students and observe what you see. Not their technique or how good they are. Look at their age, race, sex, body type, athleticism and general overall fitness. Done that?

I'd understand if we get a pass just once since we still have the towel but the staff gave us the option of buying a towel or go home and get it. He did explain that they have to reinforce this regulation due to people's complaints. Nonetheless, we got our refund and left with the worst workout experience EVER.
