When we went at end of April, a lot of exhibits were closed for maintenance. Many had a 65-year-old age limit, even such a ride as the log flume. Really!? The front desk staff don't even know the actual location of the programs that the hotel provided, and told me the wrong time of the show.
And also, the restaurant staff certainly is not enough to serve at the peak hour.
BTW, I couldn't see any animal from the window during my stay...
