The temple was originally named "Guandi Hall", and the creation date of the "Fengshan County Interview Book" compiled in the 20th year of Guangxu (1894) cannot be verified. According to "Kangxi Taiwan Map", the temple already existed during the Kangxi period. The brick deed for the reconstruction of the temple records: "Wuyi Wang Pangu foundation is located in Dazhuli, east to Jiayimu, south to...The rebuilding in April in Guisi in the 30th year of Yuan Shizu." However, Dazhuli was an administrative division established only in the Qing Dynasty, so it was considered unreliable to rebuild it during the Yuan Dynasty.
During the Chinese New Year, the temple will give out Ping Noodles for free, which is very fragrant...
