Ocean Fantasy Museum — Attraction in Kaohsiung

I love aquariums, I’ve been to quite a few. This one is truly outstanding for a few reasons: Located in a beautiful public park, there is a lot more to do in the area other than just go to the aquarium. The staff is incredibly helpful, cheerful, and kind. They took pictures for us at the entryway, let us put our backpacks down in the ticket booth, and gave us ice cream for free at the end! The aquarium is small but worth the visit. They have animals I have never seen in an aquarium before (I won’t ruin the surprise but it’s cool). Aquarium looks very small, dilapidated environment, run-down building, entrance is 200 NTD for the aquarium plus the 100 NTD one has to pay at the entrance of the park just to get there. Doesn't seem like a good value. The rest of the park is in terrible condition, neglected, dilapidated and above all, in some spots highly unsafe for visitors.
