A small night Market with very little variety of food. Traffic flow was quite high here where a lot of scooter may come in all directions to buy food from the stalls here as well as its situated on the streets. So do be careful and keep a look out for traffic. Only managed to try the sausage wrap stall located near the entrance. Cost me NT$50 but it was nice and flavorful with lots of garlic cloves and pickle ginger slices. This market consists of the usual foods one would find, noodles, soups, stews, rices, etc. if one were in the area, I would suggest going in a loop around all three and taking a bathroom break, pitstop at a small park, such as Minquan Park, along the southern leg.
