無老鍋(高雄苓雅店) — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

A controversial hot pot restaurant which caused a small argument within' friends. We are told they kinda making up the story of the restaurant but the fact is, they are good enough already and we have no idea about the story making part. Food ingredients were fresh and well plated. Soup was great, not too light or salty. (But one friend did say the soup tasted a bit artificial, we don't know where's that from as we did feel it's quite good) Service was nice but we don't really understand that we just cannot finish the whole pot within' their 90 mins limitation. We need to rush ourselves and sadly, we left bunch...

A pretty great hot pot in Kaohsiung City. I would recommend that you reserve a table here, and call a few days before. You are able to choose to share a hot pot for the table. They had a lot of options on their menu, and I thoroughly enjoyed their extensive soup selections. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Most of the food for the hot pot came out quickly and everything tasted great. They also offer complementary ice slushy shots at the end...

Decent hot pot place. They only have two types of soup flavour, which is spicy (si chuan styles with heaps for spices however it is not spicy at all, but you still sense some heat form the spices) and non spicy (milky tofu soup). Duck blood and layered tofu can be refilled for free and the duck blood is sooo goooodd. The meat is sliced generously thick and flavourful.
