感覺很棒，但已經失去古蹟的感覺(比宜蘭設治紀念館還沒有) 冷氣好像捨不得開，節能減碳能理解 進門木質地板有怪聲音，不知道是不是施工品質有問題 整個空間內有些不知所以然的東西，例如看起來頗現代的燈，還有沒有在播放的電視，電線應該可以隱藏起來 總之，覺得這是基隆可以建立觀光口碑的開端，...

基隆市府重建整修後的日式建築，建材偏向現代化，內部格局大致有保留住，附屬少量的展示空間。美中不足的是展區細節很隨便，例如圖表設計、導覽圖、結構規格...
