Haimen Tianxian — Attraction in Keelung

A classic landmark of Keelung, about the site with historical structures of famous wars in the 19th. Be aware of the steep stairs,especially when take a trip here in rainy days. A beautiful and natural park,while bugs,spiders and unnamed insects are easily found aside the route ,so people who belong to sensitive group for these "native residents", remember to prepare a outer jacket...

Apparently it's closed due to renovation, but there is no sign that tells you so if you want to enter from the bus station, which I did. The view is still great, but apart from that there's nothing to see, except huge spiders, stray dogs and wilderness. I can't recommend going there, though it might be worth it if the place was being cared for and actually opened...

Be very careful walking down the steps that are covered in moss. It was a sunny day, and I was being careful, but I still slipped and fell.

Otherwise, it's a nice place. It's a bit far up the mountains, but there aren't that many...
