庶民美術館 — Attraction in New Taipei

A small but fascinating art and history collection set inside a historic building. The main art installation is my favourite because it feels like looking down at Earth from space as it slowly moves beneath you. Upstairs, there’s a cozy little café that doubles as an art nook. The barista here clearly takes her craft seriously, she’s spent countless days perfecting her coffee ratios, and it shows.

I ordered the pineapple iced coffee and was blown away. The drink itself is a pure, dark roast which is rich, chocolaty, with molasses notes and just a touch of bitterness. The magic comes from the house-made pineapple juice ice cubes. They melt slowly, releasing a gentle fruitiness that layers beautifully with the coffee. Served ice cold, it doesn’t look fancy, but the taste absolutely surprised me. Couple notes: juices made in house and is very light, teas brew nicely and it’s supposed to be a low...

How beautiful and unique the Taiwanese building was! Good museum which combined history and art. The ticket was only cost NT$20. There was a nice coffee shop on 2nd floor. Recommend to experience the paintings and cozy atmosphere. It was worthy to visit when you...

新北市三峽老街｜ 百年老屋咖啡廳「庶民美術館」

隱身三峽老街的巷弄中，有一間百年老屋咖啡廳「庶民美術館」，走進美術館，彷彿隔絕了喧囂的街道，走進另一個寧靜的時空裡，在這裡沉靜式地感受藝術畫作、古董、與百年古屋的花草庭園，歲月靜好...🌱🌿

庶民美術館的館長為台灣畫家吳冠德，美術館展示了現代的藝術畫作以及館長祖父的古董老件，向每位旅人輕輕地訴說光陰的故事，實在太喜歡這裡的畫作，每一幅都有靈魂，生機盎然，讓人不禁駐足 流連忘返，在這裡 會遺忘了時間的流淌🥰🥰。

參觀「庶民美術館」的門票是超美的圓形畫作印刷品（$30元/人），可抵下午茶資。

原來新北三峽老街不只有美食與古蹟，還有這樣一間如同世外桃源般的百年老屋美術館，一樓屋中天井 陽光灑落下來 點亮了老屋，鬱鬱蔥蔥的綠色植栽妝點成了綠意花園，賦予老屋蓬勃的生命力🌱🌿🪴。

隨著階梯上到二樓更是美得令人讚嘆，保留著百年土牆與古樸幽靜的氣息，兩端的整面落地窗景框住了一片閒情雅致，好適合在這裡喝杯下午茶（花草茶或是咖啡價格約落每杯在150～200元上下，菜單寫在枯葉上，意境太美🍁🍂），在畫作和古董收藏的包圍下，恣意享受與藝術同在的愜意時光🌷。

實在太喜歡這裡了，雖然跟朋友從台北市開車過來加上停車，來回各要一個小時，但能在這裡待一整個下午，讓自己沉澱、沉靜、沉醉在如此美好靜謐的時空中，太幸福了...相見恨晚，跟朋友說了 下次還要再來🫠
