Got the 金菠萝牛角 (melonpan), 咖啡牛角 (coffee), and 巧克力菠萝 (choc melonpan). The melonpan was so fugging good!! Love the texture, super crisp and flakey on the outside. It was still slightly warm when we bought it, which accentuated the buttery flavour. 10/10 👍 and went to buy two more. They get a little hard (especially the ‘horns’!) and less flakey when cooled, so might be good to pop them in the toaster for a min to warm them up :)

In contrast, the coffee one was a little boring in comparison since it didn’t have the flakey outer. Coffee taste was noticeable but it was quite one-note and lacking. Some butter/cheese stuffed inside would have made it more interesting.

Haven’t tried the chocolate one but have high...

It's good but personally think it's rather overrated. While it's crispy with a number of flavors to choose from (we chose the golden cheese and cranberry mochi ones) with a long lineup even in level 3 semi lockdown in Taiwan, I felt it was a bit pricey for the quality and portion overall. For the golden cheese I was expecting melted oozy cheese In the middle, but it was basically cheese powder incorporated into the bread and made crispy instead so was a little disappointed with that. Overall, its good but I wouldn't bother with lining up or...

Btw, the breads are pretty hard; if you don’t like the texture like this, you can try their cakes, which are softer.
