The old street is a great place for fresh fruit, veg, and flowers (and a lot more). Different vendors charge different prices, so I tend to take a look around and then decide. The florist shop on the right hand side as you enter the old street market is an excellent place to buy flowers. The owner is friendly, very knowledgeable about flowers, and his prices are reasonable.
