海崖谷 — Attraction in Shoufeng

Had to pay 200 NTD as entrance fee, of which 100 NTD can be used to offset for your food purchase. And you have to hike up quite a bit from the first entrance. Don’t expect too much though, as they are selling a view here and not the food for sure. We had the Hayaku Coco Milk which was quite bad — very minimal chocolate taste. We asked the staff about this and they simply said it’s personal preference lol. It was extremely windy on this day, so we chose to sit indoors. The place is very touristy, constantly filled with loud tourists next to you. Also the staff will keep making announcements over the microphone, so if you are looking for a quiet place to chill and relax, this is definitely NOT the place. You have to climb a steep road from the main road to this location. There are shuttle vehicles to bring those with walking difficulties

The service manner is very poor and substandard. The place is not suitable for elderly or disable people. We had bad experience that they provided a golf cart to transport the disable up to their place even when there was mild shower. But they did not tell us before you pay the entry fee that there was no golf cart service to transport the disable down when of the road was wet. The staff were quite rude and not helpful. They did not provide us a solution how to get the disable down to our coach. Even when the road dried up a bit, the staff still insisted no service.
