Guesthouse Ocean View should not be confused with Guesthouse Window View, which is operated by the younger brother and is located in the city center... a mistake we made and which forced us to spend another 30 minutes or so to get to the "real" one. But once you get there, it's worth it: extremely clean facilities, all amenities you need, a small balcony and indeed with a full view of the Pacific. Other things to mention: a very copious breakfast with salad, hash browns, chicken nuggets, toast and scrambled eggs.
