It was a hot and humid day when we arrived at the park and to traverse the park on such weather would be a killer. So we rented an electric bicycle to help reduce the stress of battling the heat. We went on our way and took the left route from the approach of the entrance of park. It started to daunt on us how huge this park actually is. The scenery was great. It is definitely worth the ride. However, if you chose a cooler season to experience the park and take a leisurely stroll around it, be ready to spend at least half a day. Otherwise, you will be missing out on lots of beautiful scenery. We finished the left route and went for the right route. This route took us to a fairly large pond, or if you may like, a mini lake. A wonderful site for photo op. One route near the pond lead us towards the sea. Another beautiful site to savor. However, one important caution. Read moreA well maintained typical trail for outdoor exercise. Air is clear, trails are paved. Direction signs are a bit lacking. This is offset by the fact that navigation around the park is limited (lots of dead ends) so it's hard to get lost. Fairly large area so walking it could take few hours. Cycling through is about an hour. Bicycle rental is a bit expensive and the bikes are not well maintained. Part of the park (Flowing Lake) was closed so was disappointed by that. Not a lot of special scenes worth noting. It leads to the seaside park as well so can combine both on a bicycle. Recommend bringing a bike from outside the park...
