Well Garden Hotel — Attraction in Taoyuan City

This hotel is situated at a strategic places where they are many shops nearby this hotel eg street foods, night market, mini mart. FYI, there are also 2 night markets near the vicinity of the hotel so if you wish to explore during night time, do go to 2 night markets and eat Taiwan food. One of the night market is a new market where it is more organized and the others is more of scattered stalls. ||||Room wise was pretty not bad, basic amenities were there. And the rooms are big too. Facade of the building may be old but the lobby and the room were not bad. ||||As for breakfast, it is good too and it is more of a typical Taiwan breakfast. We were the first to go for their breakfast cos if you come later, those china tourists will come and grab all the food. ||||And also do beware that there are a lot of china tourists especially in the morning. So if you don't wish to hear the screaming and shouting of them, avoid going out in the morning. ||||Overall for this hotel is pretty not bad. Will give a 4 out of 5 rating for...

The room is very small. It doesn't feel like 23 square meters. The decoration is very old (not recommended for those who care). The bedding feels uncomfortable against the skin (mainly the surface of the quilt). The quilt is heavy but not warm. The floor height is not high and the area is small, so it feels oppressive. , I felt a little regretful when I entered the room. I couldn't check out and get a refund. The 500 oceans I paid when I checked out was gone, and I couldn't add money to get a better room. I just settled for one night, but I really didn't sleep well. Stayed for few nights (hotel is booked by client as office was close).||Minuses:|- very old hotel. Like super old... stains on wallpapers, old furniture, old everything...|- uncomfortable beds... didn't sleep good;|- bed cover is just weird... it is permanent and super uncomfortable... |- breakfast is really so-so. Only thing was ok to eat - peanut butter sandwiches. 90% Asian breakfast. ||Pluses:|- nice helpful people working here. ||I found value of this hotel - just does not worth it... can find slightly more expensive (like 10-15 usd more per night) and book Fullon, Monarch or Holiday Inn around that area.
