A lot of stuff you can do here, an indoor seafood markets, and more seafood restaurants on the street, and more snacks and drinks stalls. Great views with strong wind.
I went to a seafood restaurant inside the building, too many restaurants I don't even know the name of the restaurant we chose to eat. All I can say is all the seafood were fresh, they have plenty of sauce and give you black pepper.

There were also lots of eatery stands by the harbor that had fried foods, and a fish ball soup place that was packed. You can bring outside food inside the fish market. 2nd floor of market will take your fish purchase and cook it how you want it for a fee. As expected of Taiwan, good food deals all around.
