It may take 2 to 5 months to get chance to present the proporsal, and suprisingly, the student might get unpleasant, unproffessional comments on the proposals from unexpirienced lecturers and even the supervisor might get suprised about your work in the viva day while he/she was supposed to guide you on all the way. No oneline academic progress followup system for postgraduate students, even the undergraduates, its more paperbased and no good management of students works. You may take 7 years doing a phd or masters just because of poor time management and followups. You might end up working with the so called potential supervisors who do not aware of your work, and might deny you if something happen. Ardhi University is a wonderful university and easily accessible. The environment itself is great and so are its buildings. However, I'd suggest they change the hotline number that has been posted on Google for inquiries because I've got several friends who applied for admission and they had some questions which they needed clarification for and they can't come to the university because they live outside the region, making it inconvenient for them to get in touch with the university.
