Admin and store not honestly , tricky and very rude Not recommended anyone at all because of their service , specially admin
The real trough stories was My daughter booked and paid 500 THB deposit Suddenly there is emergency exam at her school and she’s panic and told me and I told her is your fault anyway so I’ll help we drove to your salon with my daughter 40 mins earlier than the appointment time and explain what’s happened also if you can hear my daughter apologise to you and I said I’ll pay her service in full with tips as well
My daughter choose the style and the staffs told me 1600 THB I ask can I paid tips as well via transfer so I did transfer 1800 THB to you then we out of your salon I asked my daughter that oh how much in total ? Was it deducted the deposit ? Included or excluded I’m so confuse did they explain to you ? My daughter said no they didn’t so We don’t know what’s the real cost at the end of the
So she text and asked the admin via Line then admin said in the Official line that 500 THB is charge can’t return the 1600+ 200 tips is for the next one
** again I Don’t have any problem with that but the things that I do need to discuss to the store is Me and my daughter came to the store 40 mins before the appointment You can said info clearly that we not return deposit 500 THB if you daughter not use our service at 3:30 pm I will don’t have any problem at all
and the next step is client ( us ) decided that we will continue your service or not right ? The problem was YOU NOT GIVE INFO / menu pricing / total amount Clearly You just take money by transfer that’s it
I called you not about to cancelled the reservation but to discuss with you that the rule and regulation of yours is un-fair to customer and the person who is in charge should fix this urgently other wise is gonna cause problem in the future
And the store said the owner will call me back We are waiting your called Then my daughter got rude text from your admin My daughter She’s felt very bad and panic
The admin cancelled her reservation ( by admin ) and want to return money but to return only 1300 THB we also have proofs We are so confused again what we did wrong that you took 500 THB more ?
I called back to your store again That’s un-exceptable behavior ( my office is also the witness ) why your store choose to bully a girl *teenage and I said you already deduct 500 THB from her because of my daughter emergency exam which is ok acceptable was her fault
But deduct another 500 THB ?!? because you cancelled her ( my daughter ) this is kind of fraudulent me and my office will go to police station to discuss this matter
The lady who I have conversation said the admin is a outsource person After that 5 mins later your admin transfer another 500 THB to my daughter and said wrongly about police thing After that I called your store and no one pick up anymore so all it’s done with quite a bad ending
This is all the situation that happened The service / the honestly / is very important not just a good look outside or beautiful Instagram
And this is a true that happened to us I do have my usual and amazing service beauty salon no problem on searching ;)
and this not going to happened if there is a good responsibility in your heart on service mind Again not about short notice cancelled It’s about the hiding information or ( positive ) you forgot to given ?
Hope all it’s clear and every human have mistake no one perfect 100% but it’s going to make you a good to great salon by except / apologies/ move on and improve

I actually liked my first walk-in visit. My nails were well treated and lasted looooong time. The girl was doing quick and well, quite professional. So for the second visit, I made an appointment in advance(need to transfer booking deposit at the same time which I felt strange but still did it). When I arrived on time at the store, i saw they were doing manicure for another customer, and i was told to "wait a minute" so I waited for 15 mins. Then I saw they started to choose color, ok, they actually have just started it. So I asked how long should I wait, I was told to check LINE message (they sent me a message 30mins before my appointment to ask me postpone my appointment 2hrs while I was already on my way and didn't see it). Finally, i had to cancel my appointment as they told me I had to wait 2 hrs.
I'm sad that I have to find another reliable store.

Read moreI’ve had my lashes done around the world in various “high end” salons and none of them top what I had done here. This is also the first time I left a lash extension place with zero burning or discomfort, both directly after the appointment and when I wake up in the morning - which is surprising as I’m a very sensitive person. There are famous lash places in NYC and London that have to use a filter to hide how red their clients eyes are - whereas I left comfortable and feeling beautiful (see photo of me outside the building, less than a minute after the appointment while I waited for my Grab driver lol - no filter). I showed one picture of a lash I like and the result I got was even better than expected. My only complaint is that I can’t take my lash tech back to NYC when I move there!
PS I fell asleep multiple times during the session and woke up with a jerking motion. I received zero complaints and nothing but kindness and patience, despite me potentially messing up her work with those sudden jerking motions. I think that says a lot about the...
