This is probably my favourite zoo in Thailand. I am not sure if there are more, but what i really like about this place, even though some areas are barricaded the animals are free to run around, and the space is quite huge. I like the educational part of this place. Every area you go to you will learn about the animals and species.
It is a great place for kids. Theres a bunch of shows and activities going on. You can also feed giraffes and elephants from the food that are sold there - which are the food that they eat. Cant feed them plastics. The best part is that you can freely walk around and rent a golf cart to ride around this huge park/zoo. The space overall is very clean. I do feel that they do a very good job with the maintenance here compare to many other zoos in Thailand

Read moreHorrible place. The animals are treated poorly, and we saw some of them with open wounds and active bleeding. The star of the place, Moo Deng, was relegated in a 3x4 meters enclosure with a pond not bigger than my bathtub, and she was shearing it with her mum. Penguins forced to walk under the sun at 14.00 and 15.00 (Hottest hours). There is no indication 8n English at all, and none of the staff was able to speak a word. Many other reasons not to go back. I'd give -5...

It's definitely one of the highlight of this...
