After we left the Australia Village, we had to drive around Zone 2 (so we stopped to take photos of Banteng and Asian Deer) because it's one-way traffic then went back to Zone 1 for visiting Capybara, Sloth, Hippopotamus, another pygmy hippos, Meerkat, and all the rest at Africa Savanna before we went back home.
We left the zoo around 02.00 PM which is the same time we arrived yesterday. That is why I decide to name all albums "24 hrs at Khao Kheow Open Zoo" 😊
In my opinion, I was lucky to visit Moo Deng and the zoo before the semester ended and with us sleeping over there, we had more chance to see Moo Deng early than another visitors so when the crowd arrives at Moo Deng, we can move on to see the rest of Khao Kheow's animals.
At the end, I think the trip was successful and I was so happy with every animals we saw. Khao Kheow Open Zoo has more than Moo Deng to offer. Really Recommended!
P.S. If you enter the zoo by the main building (Park 1), you will pass Eld Deer's Park first then Gibbon Island which has a golf car rental nearby but since it had a long line waiting, we dicided to walk...
Read moreWe didn’t have to wait any to get the tickets to get inside, but for us there was a long line for the golf carts. Other than the long line this was one of the funniest zoos I have been to, it’s very interactive and you get to fed or pet most animals. You also can rent a golf cart and go around these exhibits, me and my family had an amazing time here. I would definitely recommend going here and especially checking out the lemurs, for the lemurs you pay a little but you get food and get to go to a small island where they will jump all over you while you get...

A fantastic place for families, couples, or anyone who loves wildlife. Highly recommend...
