When our air conditioner broke, my wife and I needed a hotel in our neighborhood for 2 nights. We booked this one mostly for its outdoor space, especially the roof deck, which we had seen from the pictures was lovely. When we arrived, we were happy to see that the hotel was at the end of the street and beyond it was lots of trees. On our first night, I went up to the roof deck around 9 PM but was asked to leave because some other guests were having a party. My wife called the front desk at midnight because of the loud music from the party. Our room was on the 4th floor and the roof deck is on the 5th floor, so we were confused about why the hotel booked us in a room on the 4th floor when they knew about the party. I also thought the hotel was a little bit overpriced for the area. We paid 900 baht for a standard (small) room. We would not recommend this hotel for tourists since there is not much to see in this area of Bangkok and would not...
Read moreAt the end of a cul-de-sac road there is this cozy amazing place. The staff is VERY nice, trustable, delicious and they always have smiles and warm welcomes. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is essential but they makes you fresh sandwiches or omlette and fruit. In the morning there is a service of ‘taxi’ bringing you at the nearest metro station so you can go to visit the city very quickly. The small swimming pool is good to refresh and chill in the evenings. I suggest to download the app ‘grab’ to call a cheap taxi if you need it and take ‘tuk tuk’ (a sort of motorized motorbike that carries on passengers) for visit places fast, funny and cheap downtown. Close to the hotel there are some supermarkets with everything necessary and you can warm up food at the hotel, there is a small kitchen for the guests. Nice viewing at the roof’s garden. Guys, there is no elevator but the hotel is just 4...
Read moreAfter a scary ride up a back street I thought I couldn’t of possibly booked to stay up a dirty back ally ?? But at the very end of the road was a little oasis tucked away ||Small but equipped and strangely with the best bed I’ve slept in for years !||Positives :||Clean ,Good bathroom ,Good little pool,Good breakfast ,Great view from rooftop, Nice staff||Negatives:||Only one sunbed at pool||No outdoor furniture for balcony (although upon request a chair was given ) ||Although the rooftop area is great, it’s actually the balcony to the rooms located up there, so you feel a little uncomfortable going up there as people staying on that level take some priority. Please note there is no lift in building so if you struggle with stairs it might be a problem (only 5 floors though)||It’s also a long way in a taxi to the airport ||Having said all that we really enjoyed our couple of...
