กันเอง Ye Lai Xiang 夜来香 สาขาห้วยขวาง (辉煌店) — Restaurant in Huai Khwang Subdistrict

Chinese restaurant beside the stretch of night market along the road. The skewers are not bad, i quite like the pork skewer and green chilli skewer. Price is quite high, per dish average are between 300-400 baht for normal dishes. There is also a few things which i feel can be improved. This restaurant is only good if you have more than 2 pax dining together, the skewers you can't buy by stick or mix and match to reach the minimum quantity. Instead you have to order min. 6 sticks of the same variation...which definitely would be over too much especially if you want to eat a variety of food...

They charge 15 baht a person for their plates and utensils, though its quite a small amount however imagine you have 4 people dining here, you would already have to pay 60 baht for their utensils? I personally don't fancy having to pay for plates and utensils at a restaurant as I feel its ridiculous..

The restaurant is on a higher end restaurant and the place is more luxury kind of atmosphere. However, what dissatisfied me the most is that both the toilet basin and common basin area doesn't even provide handsoap at all. And despite charging for this kind of prices and being a more luxurious restaurant, how it is possible they can't even provide handsoap?? It's super unhygienic and turn off. Having to eat your hands oily, going to toilet and to realise there is no soap. I even ask the staff why isn't there soap and the staff just replied "oh sorry no more soap". Its very unhygienic please...imagine you already ordered a table of food, going to the toilet with a stomachache and next you then realise there is no soap at all, how would you even continue to eat?... ร้ายอาหารจีนที่มีหลายสาขา วันนี้เรามากินตรงถนนเทียนร่วมมิตร มีที่จอดรถได้หลายคัน ร้านเป็นห่องแถวน่าจะ 3 ชั้นนะคะ

เข้ามาในร้านนึกว่ากลับไปประเทศจีน ลูกค้าแทบจะ 95% เป็นคนจีน พนักงานพูดจีนและไทยได้อยู่ค่ะ เมนูมีรูปภาพและมีภาษาไทยกำกับไว้ ไม่ต้องกังวลค่ะ

ราคาอาหารมีทั้งราคาหลักร้อยต้นๆไปถึงร้อยปลายๆ ซึ่งเราบอกเลยว่าถึงจะราคาร้อยต้นๆแต่จานใหญ่มากๆนะคะตามสไตล์ร้านอาหารจีน เตือนเลยว่าอย่าสั่งวู่วาม ถ้าอยากกินหลายอย่างต้องลากเพื่อนมาค่ะ

ตามปกติแล้วร้านอาหารในประเทศจีนมักจะคิดค่าภาชนะ (ถ้วย ชาม ช้อน) ที่ห่อในพลาสติก รวมถึงค่าทิชชู่กล่องด้วย (แต่เราเอากลับบ้านได้เลย) ร้านนี้ก็เหมือนกันค่ะถ้ามาทานจะได้รู้ไว้ก่อน

วันนี้เราสั่งเซ็ตเมนูจากแอพ hungry hub 990 บาท เลือกอาหารได้ 4 อย่าง ในแอพเขียนว่าสำหรับ 2 คน แต่พอจานมาเสริ์ฟเราว่ามันควรจะเป็น 2×2 =4 มากกว่านะคะ จานใหญ่เบิ้มมาก 5555555 เมนูที่เราสั่งมานะคะ

1.ต้มปลาผักกาดดอง - ถ้วยใหญ่สะใจจนกินไม่หมด ซุปของที่นี่ไม่เปรี้ยวและไม่เผ็ดจนเกินไป มีความมันๆบ้าง เนื้อปลาสดดี ไม่คาว ให้มาเยอะจุกๆ ผัดเนื้อ - เนื้อจะมาเป็นชิ้นแผ่นเล็กๆ ผัดกัยพริกแล้วผักอะไรไม่รู้ที่หน้าตาเหมือนผักชี จานนี้รสชาติดีนะคะแต่เราไม่ชอบกินผักในนั้นเฉยๆ ผัดผักบุ้ง - อร่อยเลยค่ะ ผักสด ผัดมาได้เค็มๆหอมกลิ่นกระเทียม ไม่เผ็ดค่ะ หมูผัดพริกเขียว - จานนี้รสชาติเหมือนที่จีนมากก ผัดมาได้เค็มหอมอร่อยสุดๆ สิ่งที่ต้องทำใจเลยคือน้ำมันจะค่อนข้างเยอะ (ซึ่งมันคือจุดที่ทำให้อร่อยค่ะ) ตัวรสชาติจะอยู่ที่น้ำมันซะส่วนใหญ่ ควรกินกับข้าวสวยค่ะ มะเขือย่าง - เมนูสุดโปรดของเราตอนอยู่จีน จะเป็นการนำมะเขือยาวมาผ่าครึ่ง ปนุงรสด้วยกระเทียม พริก เครื่งเทศ น้ำมัน และนำไปย่าง ของร้านนี้มีวุ้นเส้นด้วย อร่อยมากกๆๆๆ เนื้อมะเขือนิ่มกำลังดี กระเทียมสับเยอะมากๆ ใครชอบกระเทียมบอกเลยว่าสวรรค์ 555

สรุปวันนี้คือกินจนจุก กินไม่หมด ต้องห่อกลับเลยค่ะ อิ้มจนกลิ้ง

การบริการดี น้องพนักงานน่ารักยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ที่ร้านมีแถมแตงโมล้างปากให้ด้วยค่ะ
