The experience was actually great, until it was being ruined by the reception lady (the one with the brown color hair).
I have been reminded via Line to come on time. And yes, I did. I came on time.
BUT, to my surprised, the haircut session started 30 minutes LATER than my actual appointment time. The hairdresser did apologize, which I thought then it’s fine.
When my hairdresser is doing the final touch up, the reception lady with the brown hair color approached and pushed me to make the payment with the reason that they want to close the system. I told her to please wait for a while because the final touch is almost done, but she kept pushing me. How am I supposed to take my phone to make the QR payment when my hairdresser is still doing the final touch up? Surprisingly, she still insisted with her inconsiderate attitude and demanded me to settle the payment first.
Where is your manner? You started the haircut session LATER than the actual appointment time, and I have closed one eye, decided to let it go, yet you still have the courage to treat your customer this way?
My 1st and 2nd experience was wonderful. But this time, you totally ruined it.
When I was about to leave the salon, the reception lady with the brown hair color saw me, and she immediately ran away and hid behind the counter. Do you feel guilty now? Yes you do.
Good luck for losing one of your...
Read moreI went to this salon to get my hair cut and dyed. I wanted to keep my natural base color and add blonde babylights to the ends (I showed a reference photo). Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.
First, the process was painful—my hair was pulled during every step, despite me mentioning that it hurt. The final result was far from what I wanted. Instead of subtle babylights, they bleached all of my hair and left the color uneven: some areas are ashy blonde, while others are warm yellow, creating a patchy, mismatched look.
When I expressed that I wasn’t happy with the result, they dyed my roots again. The second attempt turned out slightly better but left my roots a mix of black and brown, which looks worse than my natural color. I came in hoping to enhance my natural look with subtle blonde accents, not to have it completely ruined.
On top of that, my scalp has been itchy ever since because of the excessive chemical treatments, even though I specifically mentioned beforehand that I have a sensitive scalp.
By the end of the appointment, I was so upset I cried. To their credit, they didn’t charge me for the coloring, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. The staff was friendly, and the salon itself is nicely set up, but the actual service I came for was a complete...
Read moreI asked for a colour DYE. Then they mistaken me for BLOW AND DRY ???? SENIOR HAIR STYLIST CANT EVEN COMMUNICATE OR GIVE A PROPER SUGGESTION ON A HAIR COLOUR . What’s the point of “consulting” if all you can do is ask the customers to choose from the colour plate only. Not even a proper suggestions on what is suitable, just pointing all over the color plate. And sending another stylist over to “rude talk” with me just because I was mad for what happened ???? Before you even understand what is my need and try to solve my problem?? At least one lady was being patient and nice to explain. But at the end when I was trying to coop with it, they tell me : oh today is fully booked, you can’t bleach nor colour nor even get a hair treatment.
Seriously I’ve been to Juno’ at Seoul. People there were nice and sweet, all professional. But what happened today, this is pretty nonsense. 🙂 maybe consider improving the team first or else it’s gonna ruin...
