The place is well organized and clean. You never feel lost or don’t know where you’re going, the staff is always there to guide you and give you directions.

Make sure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes instead of sandals or flip flops. Spray mosquito repellent before you come because there are many mosquitoes. Avoid brining your sunglasses or leave them in the locker because I dropped mine and they couldn’t find it. If you wanna take your phone then wear something with pockets that have zippers.

We choose Package B and we enjoyed the zip lines especially the last one which was 300 meters. It’s a nice activity for the entire family, and it’s suitable for children too. Amazing experience! Super helpful that they organise pick up and drop off. We were heading to another activity afterwards and they were happy to drop us there instead of back to our hotel. You feel very safe and the equipment is all in good condition. Some people in our group got away with wearing thongs and dresses (even tho it says to wear sneakers and shorts). You do have to do a steep hike a couple of times to get to the ziplines. The guides were amazing and one had a great sense of humour, wish I could remember his name! The receptionist staff were very friendly and all had decent English so there wasn't a language barrier for us. You get to check out the photos straight after (there is a photographer that comes with your group) and they can transfer them right onto your phone there and then.
