The wife and I love a good pizza, and this place delivered. If you're looking for a thin crust, wood fired, tasty pizza, look no further. Best on the island, hands down.
The restaurant doesn't look like much, but the food is made with love in a wood fired brick oven. They offered many tasty looking Italian dishes, but we came for the pizza!
I got a spicy Italian sausage pizza (like pepperoni), and my wifey got a Hawaiian (with local, sweet pineapple). Both were made well, super thin, crispy, and delicious.
It's 200 bhat ($6.76) per pizza, which is very reasonably priced. They're large sized. One would feed two people with moderate appetites. There are around 8 good sized slices.
I'm a big dude that eats a lot, and one whole pizza was enough to fill me and my appetite up. My wife had about 3 slices left over, which they packaged up for us on the scooter ride home.
They have a large menu with many classic Italian options. I overheard the owner talking, and believe he's Italian.
They have a beautiful cat that likes petting, and a gorgeous dog that's super friendly. Make sure to bring some love for them...
Read moreI don't understand the good reviews. probably a long time ago. I cannot recommend this pizzeria. 1. bad service. when you arrive you are ignored. no hello, no smile, no professional service, everyone wears sweatpants, probably the workers are the owner's children, son and daughter who don't want to work. They are only fixated on their phone and look very uninterested.2. it's really dirty, the floor, the surroundings, the workplace. the fish in the glass suffocate on algae water. we saw rats although there are cats running around and sitting on the table. well rats are everywhere on phuket .3. there were no pizza plates, the pizza was probably too big for the small plate, half slid onto the table. 4. the pizza itself is totally muddy on the inside, the outside on the edge is splintering like glass. all in all a nogo. not recommended, despite the price and the toppings of the pizza. nobody wants to sit there. you look at garbage and dirt. 4 tables without style. the price is good but not worth going there. it is not worth it. there is so much...
Read moreWas driving around for late lunch today. Thought of going back to the same restaurant on the way to Kahtu Waterfall but passed this place (looks like a hut) which caught my attention so I stopped to take a look
Found an Italian restaurant, a hidden gem further towards the waterfall
Walked inside and saw a menu with an extensive range of pizzas, so chose "Pizza Capricciosa" (Tomato Mozzarella, Ham, Mushroom, Olives, Artichokes)
Ordered pizza and a Mixed Salad served with sliced bread, and Crostini Gorgonzola (toasted bread with Italian Gorgonzola Cheese), plus soft drinks
Must try it for yourself then one will understand how good and tasty the food are
If I pass by this area again in future, will definitely come back to have a nice pizza....
