Our cruise ship debarked here and getting out of the port was terrible. No Grab rides could get in the port and everyone was forced to take overpriced vans to get out.

Dont expect to find rwal taxis with meters when you get off cruise ship. The ones at port are all a rip off ( eg US$30). Use ship shuttle if available to get out of port area, then hail regular...
