Ease of check-in: Receptionist available round the clock. Early check-in allowed, provided the room was available and ready. Paid 1k baht refundable deposit. Advised to report soonest if you spotted any damages upon check-in.
Living conditions: Overall theme is Thai-style with lanna ornaments and decor. Lift access to every level. Cable TV wasn't working but technician got the antenna fixed. Another occasion I left my room key inside the room and the receptionist helped. Room equipped with mini fridge and kettle. Industrial-theme toilet with cement finish walls. Balcony with bar installed below the AC unit for wet laundry. Housekeeping was nice to ask if I needed to make up my room but I said no need since mine was only a short-stay of 2 nights.
Room for improvement: toilet light bright when left on; chose to leave doorway light on when sleeping power socket on one side of the bed may be inconvenient for couples who require both sides significant distance to nightlife at Bangla Walking Street
Facilities: 7-Eleven is 30 steps to the main road. 10-15min walk to Jungceylon Phuket which has plenty of eating and retail options. Along the way there are other eatery, retail and massage shops.
Overall value for money at 450 baht per night if you do not mind the walking distance to retail mall and nightlife. Alas, forgot to take photos with the two cute receptionist ladies (one has a sweet smile and another...

We normally book 4-Star, but based on other reviews and ratings on some hotel search engines decided to give this 3-Star hotel a try. For me the hotel selection had to meet the following criteria: ||1) Location - To be walking distance to the Patong beach, OTOP and Jungceylon shopping center. The location is perfect for us, with 7/11 and Family mart shops within 50m too. It was also very easy easy to get taxis and transport within 50m. It is also close to Banzaan market and the rear entrance to Big-C.||2) Cost - Had to be good value for money: Absolutely nothing wrong here. It was one of the cheapest 3-Star hotels in Patong, with great selection of Western and local food for breakfast, Hotel also has free wifi and very friendly staff. When we booked our ferry trip to Phi-Phi they were als very helpful to print the tickets for us at reception.||3) Clean: This is a very clean hotel and I could genuinely not fault anything.||I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, and has no regrets choosing this one for our trip.
