I-Kroon Cafe — Restaurant in Patong

The restaurant in question is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. As soon as I entered, I was immediately enchanted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that emanated from the place. The servers were friendly and smiling, and their attention to detail was simply outstanding.

But what really blew me away was the exceptional quality of the dishes I tasted. The cuisine was refined and creative, and every bite was an explosion of flavors. Everything was perfectly balanced, from starters to desserts. The ingredients were fresh and top quality, and the chef clearly put his heart and soul into each dish.

The juice selection was also impressive, with a varied selection of regional and international fruits to accompany the dishes.

All in all, I can warmly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. Their juice is really horrible, I asked twice if it was a fresh juice as it was a little expensive compared to everything else (150 baht), they said yes but it tasted like industrial pineapple juice, either they mixed fruits with bottled juice or they put a lot of syrup.

I just ordered this juice cause I wanted something fresh, that’s exactly why I didn’t ask for the breakfast set that was just 129 with the coffee included, and it came with two liters of sweetener inside. I hate sugar and makes me feel sick, I really don’t have tolerance for sweet things, the taste makes me throw up so I eat as little as possible and that’s exactly why I always ask before.

I wanna to go back for lunch but just gave up.

The two stars is for the day before when I came and ate a shrimp baguette that was actually good.

Too bad.

Now I understand why always everybody brings drinks from outside.

Whilst staying in the area for a few days, this became my go-to cafe. Beautiful decor, warm and friendly staff, delicious food at reasonable prices, and generally a great all-around vibe. For starters, I must say the coffee is excellent. You will struggle to find a better coffee in Patong at this price point. And the breakfast menu, tremendous value. During my visits I tried the big breakfast, the BLT and the omelette, and I enjoyed them all. However, I would have liked a little more tomato and lettuce in my BLT. The pancakes are amazing, soft and fluffy inside and crispy outside, a steal at 80 baht. Lastly the burger, the patty was a good size, tender, juicy and flavoursome.
