Our favourite beach of our month long visit to Thailand. Most other beaches that we went to were really busy which is not our cup of tea at all.
This beach was always very quiet and is ideal for walking for miles in either direction, which we did every time that we visited. We were staying in Khao Lak but it worth the 10 - 15 minute journey heading north to get away from the crowds. The sea was always calm and ideal for swimming.

Read moreA clean stretch of sandy beach with some rocks scatters here and there. There are many restaurants, bars, massage huts, all very reasonably priced. I do recommend Mr Eak’s crew for the massages and Boom Boom restaurant for the food and service. This year the food on the beach’s restaurant was much better than at the TUI resort (and much cheaper too), apart from the Talay Thai restaurant.
