Usotel Waterland — Attraction in Udon Thani Province

Normally give 4-5 stars, but this time, there are many points for improvement. Want to give 3.5 stars but can't, so I'll give 3 instead. For the owner who invested, I deducted 1 star for the female staff at the door, whose face was very negative, not impressive. Another deduction is because the toys are old and dirty, especially the water. There is some moss, some dirt, some tiles under the floor are broken, making it easy to get injured. And another deduction is because everything is expensive. You can rent towels, lizards, and rubber rings. The price should be raised a bit more to include all of this. It would be better to walk back and forth several times before you can play. There is only an open shower in front of the bathroom. After showering, you have to walk to the bathroom to change. It will be a bit difficult if you have to wash your hair because there are only 4 standing places to shower and the water is gentle. But if you don't think too much, kids will like to have fun as kids do. Go in the evening so it's not too hot. There is food for sale as well. Gone down hill. 1000 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Not allowed the inflatables around the outside anymore. Food service slow. Gave our food to the wrong table. Got food finally and no plates or cuttlury. Had to ask multiple times for them. Music really lound can't talk to people. Music is rubbish dance music. (Not thai). Only open 1 or 2 slides at a time. Reception said kids can go on all slides. Then we're not allowed on one of the slides unless with an adult.

Visit on a Saturday over a 4 day holiday. Very few people here. I will not come again unless there is a promotion. Evev then I doubt I would bother as no inflatables around the outside means very little to do apart...

Foreign prices here even for Thai national children when in company with foreigner parent. They said the entry fee information at google for using kids pool 100thb per person only, was out dated. Meanwhile i argued over this, multiple locals actually came and paid 100baht and walked in. My oldest daughter who lives in Thailand permanently felt sad understanding what was going on there and we had to leave the place and drive 30kms to the next water park. Also, if the information would really been out dated, such a big branch should keep their information up to date frequently, for people to know before they decide...
