Marvel at the design and amazing structural integrity of the bridge. Proper preventative maintenance needed before the closure of the bridge. It is historically the built and who made it dated to more than a century this bridge is a famous landmark. Its is one of two bridge in the Trinidad. It was replaced by bailey bridge built in 2012. It leads to hiking trails for great adventure and thrill seeking folks there are waterfall water courses and absolutely gorgeous beaches to explore. Groups and proper security health and safety controls must be in place before venturing out. Please people take good care of nature and throw/ discard all waste in garbage bags. Be clean it shows your true character. Stay bless

One of my favorite places to visit — it would be nice to have some signs for tourists to see where three pools and other trails are when in the area And I wish there are more bins around since people just throw garbage at the side of the road and that isn’t exactly the best look

It's a long drive but once you're there everything around you is vibrant green. The sounds of nature is immanent with the rustling of leaves, whistling of birds and the river running below you. Picturesque and peaceful. Definitely was worth the drive.

The bridge itself is a nice spot to chill out. Spring bridges have mostly been replaced by steel and concrete bridges now, so it's a nice look back at what was. It's great for pictures. You can enjoy the area surrounding the bridge as it crosses over the Marianne river; have a cook out, go to the beach near by and there's a great short hike just 15 mins walking from the bridge. It's called Three pools, but be careful. It is very deep and there have been a few people over the years that...

Blanchisseuse Spring Bridge is only one of 2 surviving Spring Bridges in Trinidad with the other located in Moruga. The Bridge can lead you on a Hike to the Majestic Paria Waterfalls and Several other breath taking beaches and monuments. It's Reasonably safe as I've never had any incidents at this location but it can seem lonely and even spooky to a Timid person. Please keep clean, do not litter!!
