The Amphitheatre of El Jem was truly spectacular, a magnificent and remarkably well-preserved piece of history for all to admire. However, it was disappointing to witness children climbing in restricted areas, treating the site as if it were an extension of their playground. It's a shame the kids have little to no respect for history plus surprising that no staff/security around to stop them clambering all over the 1800 year old site.
