It feels like a forgotten park. There's a large sand stone you can stand on to view the city, quite popular for watching the sunset from.
A local told me the park is devoted to a well known Tunisian poet, and the 2 face statues which are attached to the cliff are of his face. Along one side of the park are some verses written in Arabic and French, supposedly written by this poet
