This is a direct comparison between other hotels from the same beachline just half a mile away.

Things that can be improved: There is no access to food all the time. The restaurant and the chef shack are working only from 12 noon to 16:00 and 18:00 respectively with limited food choice. You can’t take food to the sun loungers. You can get drinks under the parasols, but the cups are made of paper and very light. I had a drink dripping from the bottom of the cup, ended up throwing it way in the nearest bin. For a five-star hotel I would not expect paper cups, and of poor quality. Since as expected to spend the day at the pools there is no “patisserie” (cakes/sweets place) in the afternoon as when is expected to have some sweet treat at the wet ‘n wild park, which compared to other hotels is a drawback. Even though there is regular transport to the park, there is that feeling that you are not on the hotel grounds. Maybe because you are 500 meters away from the hotel. If you have kids and let them play around, they can come out of the park through the main door, which is not guarded. The staff numbers often are not adequate for the number of guests. For example, you can wait a good one hour for the Gözleme, which is far too much. The women at the Gözleme work fast but are only two and just not enough for the amount of people. The tiles near the slides are very dangerous when wet, and they are wet most of the time. While there for a week I witnessed lots of falls by both kids and adults.

On the positive side: The water park is massive, has lots of space, and offers a wide range of facilities. There is even a Zip line, which not many hotels offer. The kids’ club is amazing. There are people on rollers which offer you refreshments all the time (although I would often find them absent when I need them, and present when I don’t). This is a great experience. There are two places where you can eat, and it is a la carte. The beach is rather private with plenty of space. Plenty of pools, plenty of sun loungers. Variety of slides for adults and children and amazing pool/water play area for small kids and toddlers with smaller slides and water facilities. Football pitch, archery and shooting are only a few of the activities you can participate in. There is also a stage for shows. The park is kept clean by the hard-working people which never stop. The little rubbish pot kept near every sun lounger is emptied regularly. All the staff is helpful and cheery, ensuring that you have a good time. There is Wi-Fi even on the beach and the signal is excellent. This is very positive and way ahead of other...

The beach resort (also doubles up as a fun water-park) is a 5-10 minute walk from the main hotel. Its across a main road and literally straight down. If you don't fancy the walk, they have two big yellow buses running back and forth to ship guests between the sites. The water park itseld is impressive. The entire beach resort is a decent size and well thought out. There are two restaurants to serve lunch.... One of which that stays open until 6pm. For some reason that I cannot fathom, the portion sizes are really stingy...this resulted in us asking to 2 and sometimes 3 dishes to add up to what would be a regular sized portion (we could do that as we had an all-inclusive deal) - If you aren't on an all inclusive plan, the meal portion sizes are not worth the money.

The pools are nice and never over-packed. You'll eventually find a lounger.... If not by the pool, then a little further down on the beach. There are also plenty of shaded areas where there are loads of spare loungers. There is a nice grassy area with benches, huts and alcoves for chilling out in, and all kinds of wonderful things for adults and children to do! Its like a mini amusement park!

The beach itself is respectable. Not the best beach I've been to, but also not the worst. The sand is a little gravely, and as you get to the sea it becomes stony. I did like that they have put area's of board walk on the sand itself so that it is easy to push a pushchair (or wheelchair) all the way to your area of choice (picture attached).... Never seen that before! Now the sea itself.... It's not crystal clear, and sometimes you'd see an odd object floating by (like a tube of sealant!). The odd thing would also wash up on to the beach, and sometimes there was a film like substance on the surface of the water - I wouldn't like to think that the sea that we were bathing in was polluted....so I put it...

I am not reqlly sure how to describe our stay, ee arrived afternoon, the hotel was fully booked they gave us a double bed room ( we are a family of 3 and our son sleeps in the middle when we travel) they tried to show us another room in a other building that was far a d elevator didnt work but during that time they booked our room for someone else. Some reception staff are helpful some are not, guest relation staff are great and very helpful. The hotel has a beach access that is not connected to the main building itself. You have to get in a shuttle bus to cross a main street to go to the beach and main pools of the hotel. The shuttle buses are.available all the time and anytime but no AC in 40C. The are is great and filled with activities all day and night long for all family members. Main restaurant has great variety for main meals, you can find anything and everything you want or wish to eat and the service is amazing but the egg-smell like is all over u cant really sit inside and sitting outside is hot especially...

This water park slides are extremely unsafe. On the second day of our holiday, my husband went down the big slide and broke his leg because the pool is far too shallow for such a steep slide. Adults should never be allowed to use it. We had to go to the hospital and our holiday was basically ruined. When we reported the incident, the hotel took no real responsibility. Their reaction was that “we gave you a wheelchair,” which felt like an insult after such a serious accident. Even worse, when we spoke to other guests, they told us they also got injured on the same slide – hurting their legs or backs – and they completely agreed that it is dangerous for adults. This attraction is a serious safety hazard and should not be open in its current form. I strongly warn others not to use the big slide until proper safety measures are taken.
