Well, I think it depends on which part of the beach you visit. The parts managed by hotels are definitely better maintained than the ones managed by bars only. We happened to visit the part managed by bar number 15. Honestly, that one was a disappointment. The beach is sandy (darker sand) and the water very clear. Also the location is magnificent, you can take great pictures with the nearby fort on the hilltop in the background. But the access to the sea, although shallow, was full of sloppy rocks. You were not able to stand on them and what's worse there were cracks between the rocks where your leg could got stuck. This part of the beach had just an old shower stand with just trickling water and two changing-cabins (not hygienic at all). We didn't eat although ordered some bear, mojito and soft drinks - those were fine. The sunbeds are very old and shaky and didn't have elbow-rests. There was no table where you'd put your drinks or food from the bar so we had to "install" them into the sand. Beach-unbrellas are also visibly old and full of dirt. The bar doesn't have a toilet so they send you to a nearby one that is serving the beach as such. Be prepared to pay for entry (!), there is no soap at all and you get a small peace of toilet paper in your hands from the "toilet manager" who doesn't speak English. The entry fee to this part of the beach was 60 Turkish liras per person plus whatever you order. Honestly, if you want to enjoy the famous Kleopatra Beach, rather pay more and get access to a part managed by a hotel than a bar-managed part. Our experience was not worth the travel from...

Kleopatra Beach is a mesmerizing haven that captivates with its golden sands and azure waters. The cleanliness and organization are commendable, creating a pristine environment. The well-maintained facilities, including sunbeds and umbrellas, enhance the overall comfort. The breathtaking view of the Alanya Castle adds a touch of history to this coastal paradise.

What sets Kleopatra Beach apart is its dynamic atmosphere. From water sports enthusiasts reveling in the waves to those seeking serenity on the quiet stretches, there's something for everyone. The beachside cafes offer a delightful culinary journey, with diverse options to satisfy every palate.

The accessibility of amenities like showers and changing rooms adds to the convenience. Lifeguards ensure safety, contributing to a worry-free experience. The overall vibe is welcoming, making it ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers.

Kleopatra Beach, with its fusion of natural beauty and thoughtful infrastructure, stands out as a premier destination in Turkey. It's not just a beach; it's an immersive coastal experience that leaves you with lasting memories. Whether you're a sun seeker, a history buff, or a food enthusiast, Kleopatra Beach has it all – making it a must-visit destination on the...

We booked the Kleopatra life hotel, based on the brochure and website. However, as we were a group of lads, when we arrived the first thing the manager told us was not to cause any trouble, as it was a family hotel. This being before the manager knew our personality and how we were as people, which came across as very stereotypical.

During our stay we respected the other guests and kept noise levels down. I also feel the website was very misleading, as it stated there was a fitness centre, which looked like it was full of equipment, but on arrival, there was only one treadmill and 2 dumbells.

The staff also seemed to be in a bad mood majority of the time, and the rooms did not have sufficient AC.

As for the all inclusive aspect, the hotel fails to mention that after 11pm you have to pay for drinks and that you can only get your towels changed every 2 days. Room service was also very inconsistent.

However one highlight from the hotel, was the night time bartender, whose name I can't recall. Found him to be very friendly...

Cleopatra Beach is just one of those places that make you want to kick off your shoes and stay awhile. The wide, sandy beach stretches along the vibrant blue Mediterranean Sea, offering the perfect spot for a swim or just soaking up the sun. The soft sand, which legend says was brought from Egypt for Cleopatra herself, adds a bit of magic to every step. But it’s not just about the beach. The nearby parks are a pleasant surprise, showing how much thought went into making this place enjoyable for everyone. There are ping-pong tables, pull-up bars for CrossFit enthusiasts, and even cozy spots to relax with a book. The parks blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of the coast, offering a perfect balance of activity and leisure. Artistic sculptures are dotted around, giving an extra charm to the already stunning sea views. Whether you’re taking a casual walk, diving into the clear waters, or getting a quick workout, Cleopatra Beach makes it all feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable.

Water is supposed to be really clear but it's not. A bit murky/cloudy. Plenty of seating either for a few quid or free via your hotel. A little bit cramped perhaps but it's a popular beach so it's to be expected. Considering it's apparently cleaned daily I found the beach quite dirty, both in the early morning and night. The main culprit is tons of cigarette butts. There are plenty of ashtrays available but people are so lazy and dirty they ash them in the sand which is sad to see. Sand is coarse and not fine. Water gets deep quite quickly but is generally warm at all times in late September. Toilets, showers, bars and restaurants across all of the beachfront for refreshments and comfort which was nice to have. Overall I would say it's just an average beach, but that's due to my exposure to some pristine beaches in asia. If you only ever holiday in the Mediterranean then maybe this would be rated higher for you.
