I arranged a time with the owner. I arrived at the appointed time and was told that there would be a 20 minute delay. I said ok. Instead of 20 minutes, I had to wait 1 hour until we finally left with the bus. The bus is in a very bad condition, something assembled at home, the axle broke during the way up to the hill. When we got there, we didn't receive any information, almost nothing was explained. The person I flew with, called the "pilot" (although I wouldnt call this guy a pilot), was very incompetent and a jerk. He messed up the take-off several times, which is why we fell like 3 times before we could successfully start flying. When we finally managed to take off with great difficulty, he headed straight for the beach, without any detours. I think the flight was a maximum of 6-8 minutes in total. You could see that he wanted to get over it as soon as possible, and he was not friendly at all, and moreover, he was inexperienced. Be careful! The safety is so low. The instructor will ask you to sign paper that they gave all information but infact they do not talk a word in English! I have done this in serveral countries. I have explained for my family to run for take off and landing. The space for take of is so short. The moment you get off the bus they shouting run run! My dad was running but the distance was so short so he fell with the instructor from the cliff! We were all panic but they were exposing it is his fault and also later they said that happens . Akşam 22.00 gibi rezervasyonumuzu yapan kişi sabah 09.15'te 10 kişilik bir servis aracıyla alınacağımızı söyledi.Sabah ne arayan ne soran olmayınca ,rezevasyonu yapan kişiye ulaşmak istediğimde telefonu kapalıydı.Başka bir numaradan yetkili kişiye ulaştığımızda lakayit bir tavır karşımızda bulduk ve saat 10.00'da alınacağımızı söylediler.10.00'da gelen araç 5 kişilik olunca geri kalanlarımız kendi aracıyla geldi.Asıl sıkıntı ofislerinin olduğu Kleopatra Plajı'nda yaşandı.ilk olarak ben ve kardeşim uçuşu gerçekleştirdik sonra geri kalan eşim ,oğlum,kız kardeşim ve yeğenlerim için turistlerden sonra uçuşu yapacaklarını söylemeleri üzerine biz onlardan önce geldik sıra bizim dememiz üzerine bizim rezervasyonumuzun olmadığını ,sonradan geldiğimiz için araya sıkıştıracaklarını,hatta bize lütuf edermiş gibi istemezse uçurmayacağını söylemesi üzerine ipler gerildi.Rezervasyon listesinde adımızın olmadığını iddia etti bunun üzerine listeyi görmek istedik ve orada adımızın 09.15'te olduğunu görünce bu sefer satışı yapan kişinin kendi şirketinin adamı olmadığını söyleyip saçmalamaya başladı.Bunun üzerine başka bir şahıs ''verin paralarını gitsinler'' demesi üzerine paramızı alıp çıktık.Bu günü bize zehir eden bu şirket akşam rezervasyon için kırk takla atıyordu.Kişi başı 150 lira ücret talep edenler sabah turistlerden daha fazla para alınca bizim paramızı beğenmediler ve ayrımcılık yaparak bizlere büyük bir moral bozukluğu yaşattılar.Hatta başka bir yamaç paraşütü uğraşan esnaftan da uçuş hakkımızı engellediler.Bizi uçurmamasını istediler.Tatillerinin son gününde kız kardeşim ve yeğenlerim için son gün hatırası olarak güzel bir anıyla ayrılmak arzularını berbat ettiler.Yeğenimin gözyaşlarına sebep oldular ve geceden beri sabırsızlıkla beklediği yamaç paraşütü keyfine limon sıktılar.O yüzden eğer Türk vatandaşıysanız bir kere daha düşünmenizi öneririm.En azından hakkını verenler...
