The Izmir cable car is an absolute must-do if you're in the city! The ride itself offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, the coastline, and the surrounding mountains. It’s a short, 7 minute, scenic trip to the top, and once you get there, you’re greeted with even more stunning views, beautiful green spaces, and a well-maintained park that's perfect for a relaxing walk or picnic. There are also two cafés in the park when you get there. They provide basic coffee and tea options with self-service, but also great views and chill atmosphere. What makes the experience even better is how affordable everything is! Parking right next to the cable car is just 100 TL for the whole day, and the tickets for the cable car are only 40 TL – an incredible deal for such an amazing experience. Whether you're a tourist or a local, this is the perfect way to enjoy Izmir from a new perspective. Highly recommended!

Amazing! It's really high, but cabins looks safety for those who have fear of hight as me. But it's definitely worth to visit there! It costs 9 tl. On the top there is a beautiful clean Park and cafe area with magnificent views and clean mountain air. The park is under the shadow of trees that makes this place nice for hiding from the hot sun of Izmir... Take a glass of Turkish tea in a cafe, the tea was really good... Also it has picnic area, and nice playground for kids. Wc are clean, and as for tourists place everything is nice and clean and beautiful! Only wish is the information signs should have translation to English for those who don't know Turkish language.

It's a bit of an uphill walk from the nearest subway station, but a short journey up to the peak, and great views. There were a couple of cafes open but it seemed pretty deserted. Our bags were not checked, so I think it would have been fine to bring picnic food along. There are toilets at the top gondola station, and a small play park for children. There are some mysterious water taps along the path but they are not connected to the mains.

Bunların en güzeli de İzmir’i ve Balçova'yı yüksekten görmenizi sağlayacak olan teleferiktir. Teleferiğin her kabini farklı ve rengârenk yapılmış olup, toplamda 20 adet kabin yer almaktadır. Her kabine en fazla 8 kişi binebilmektedir. Teleferik Pazartesi günü hariç diğer günler 12:00 ile 19:00 saatleri arasında hizmet vermektedir. İzmir teleferik ücreti 17 TL'dir. 5 yaş ve altı çocuklar için ücretsizdir. Nakit ödeme kabul edilmiyor, kredi kartı, banka kartı ya da izmirim kart ile ödeme yapabilirsiniz. İzmir teleferik tesisleri doğa ile iç içe bir şekilde yapılmıştır. Ayrıca havası ve manzarası muhteşemdir. Bu tesisi İzmir’e yolunuz düşerse mutlaka gezmelisiniz. Nice experinced that I did it with my family, the staff were great helpfull, the ticket was cheap, it 20 TL, at the top of mountain nice sea view, by the way no need to bring with you anything, there is restaurants with different kind of food and the price fair, also you can buy meat , kebab or shish from the restaurant and they will bring coal to make parbecue. I recommended
