Halk Beach — it’s the main city beach and honestly just super lovely! The water is super clean and clear, and it’s a favorite spot for both locals and visitors.

There’s a nice green area with trees where local people bring their own chairs and just relax, chat, or have a snack. The entrance to the sea is really comfortable — the pebbles are much smaller than on other beaches, so it’s easy to walk in.

You’ve got all the conveniences: sunbeds with umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, and two cafés. One is right by the water, perfect for grabbing a coffee or a snack while you sunbathe. The other one is bigger, more like a restaurant, with a wider choice of food if you want to have a proper lunch. On top of that, you can get ice cream just steps away from the sea — super nice on a hot day! 🍦

Plus, if you don’t want to rent a sunbed, you can totally just bring your towel and enjoy the beach for free.

Everything here for a perfect beach day or quick swim. Even ice cream guy! And... this beach has stairs, so if you really don't like pebbles and stones, this one is for you. Carpeted stairs steel ladder, into the sea no stones to get on your shoe to can go bare foot as to like. Diving (shallow) for the bold. Standard 50TL for chair, umbrella. There is shade behind the beach, though, so feel free to bring your own chair.

Beach is shallow for 5m or so, so kids will like it. Can get crowded but the beach is very large so not a problem.

Services are great. WCs clean enough, showers, change rooms, cafe upstairs (nice and quiet, refuge from the kids who seem to be always yelling, as kids everywhere do). 10TL for tea 💓 . Restaurant downstairs on the beach as well, usual French fries and stuff.

Adequate parking, easy to find and get to from town. Water is wavy in the afternoon, calm in the morning.
