Wow, what an awful experience! We called before going in, the office told us 1.05$ Per foot. We went with a 40 sailing vessel. They are so not organized for sailing boats. The docks are to close to each other so we were shoulder to shoulder with another both. Was ok, we stayed 2 days and left for one week, telling them we would come back. When we came back, we were welcomed without any comment. We stayed 5 days, chatting with the dock master every day. The surprise was when we went to the office to pay. The charged us 2$ per foot, telling us the price chance during the week we were away !!!!! But no one judge appropriate to advise us !!!! What a scam ! It is almost funny to watch all the staff running away from us when we started arguing! Also, they charge us 4 times the amount of water we took . So guys …. If you absolutely have to go there, don’t trust anyone!!!! Confirm price and take a reading of the water meter and diesel with the dock master !!!! Also, forget about assistance when you are docking or leaving. If you buy a 30$ fishing license, they asking 35$ telling you that there is a mistake in the government web site 😖. Really ! Happy to leave Turks and Caicos even if it’s a beautiful island…. ...

Their water meter is "funny", their meter counted 100 gallons even though our tank is only 65 and we filled it once.
The fuel seems to be of high quality; lots of throughput because police boats refuel here.
The place is also overrun by stray dogs, and they bit someone during our stay.
They don't have cleats, so you have to tie up to the pilings. Many pilings are broken (see my photo).
In addition, they will charge you 4% fee if you pay by credit card, and they don't...
